One of my customers is building a glass 32 Ford. He ordered six louvered strips which he epoxied onto the glass deck lid. The customer forwarded the following pictures. First he applied epoxy and secured the strips with pop rivets till they bonded thoroughly he then grounded off the rivets and got out the body filler. A lot of work but as he explained it the repo steel guys want well over $1000.00 for a louvered steel deck lid, and the six strips were under $250.00.
